These different activities demand the expertise of highly skilled people, working full time, who constitute the core of the Project Team. Their salary and a part of the operational expenses are born by certain of our partners (mentioned below).

However, gradually with the development of KEO, additional competencies, temporary or permanent, are required, implying supplementary financial costs.
Moreover, to receive the maximum number of messages, representative of the entire world, KEO'S communication strategy requires the organization of specific operations in different continents as well as the creation, the edition, the translation and the distribution of its numerous communication supports. These supports, made available free of cost to the media, professors, students, public, associations.. on a simple request, also require financing.

In order to receive cash donations, indispensable for the realization of the fundamental objective of KEO - to gather the largest number of messages, representative of the human community- a juridical structure of the kind, associative Law 1901 under the French law for non-profit organizations has created: Programme KEO.
This guarantees that all the donations received will be utilized exclusively for the development of the project which confirms its non-profit motives.
