KEO would sincerely like to thank Patrick Tejedor, Marc Montagne, Bénédicte Escudier for having believed in KEO since 1995, for having convinced at that time Aerospatiale and Sup'Aéro to join hands with them and for having proved the technical feasibility of the project after two years of intensive efforts.
Since the feat of the demonstration of the technical feasibility of the
project, other industrial partners have begun to associate with KEO free
of charge by offering their technical know-how. They fulfill the need
for competencies and expertise needed in various domains, such that at
the end of the year 2005, KEO will be ready to leave our planet to return
intact to its native soil some 50,000 years later, bearing with it the
memories of the Man of today.
That all these partners accept our warm gratitude.
Today, each of the different technical partners associated with the realization and the launch of the satellite KEO are professionally and internationally recognized for their excellence and their expertise. KEO appeals precisely to the heart of their respective profession, that spans research, conception, definition, realization, tests and launch of KEO.
